Fine Art Body Painting.....

.... is a beautiful way to express yourself. It is the perfect medium if you want to show your internal passions on your outer self. Body painting combines art, color, movement, and personality. It is painting, it is sculpture, it is theater. A painted body can show so much expression that it is akin to performance art, it is living sculpture. The ephemeral nature of body painting makes it a haunting art form, there for a moment .... and then washed away.

The Process:

--First we'll need to discuss any themes you may have in mind for your painting, I prefer that these discussions be via email so that I have a written history of the ideas we've discussed and a record of any scheduling we've made.
--We will then set up a time for our initial consultation and a casual (but nude) photo shoot for choosing some poses that work best for your body and your style, I want to make sure to find a pose that reveals the most attractive you and that will create the most interesting shapes for the painting.
--At the time of this meeting the deposit will be due.
--I will then design the painting and send it to you for approval, and we will finalize the date and time for the painting.
--On the day of painting the balance of the fee is due.
--Within the following week I will show you the images and we can discuss your printing options. Printing of the images is not included in the commission fee.

A fluid pose commission is another option, which is less time consuming and needs less planning. For this type of painting the art tends to be more abstract, free flowing, and of the moment.
